For 9 months, participants will go through blocks on the development and monetization of products, building effective strategies in the digital environment, team management and other relevant topics.
The digital MBA is designed for 300 hours of hands-on training on 50 relevant topics and consists of nine modules: «Development of a startup investment strategy», «Methodologies for monetizing digital products», «Digital project management», «Management of a distributed, remote team», «Digital analytics, decision making», «Agile development methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban», «Digital business development strategies», «Product lifecycle management» and «Emotional competence and mental traps».
Program includes various training formats: master classes, trainings, business simulations, individual consultations with mentors and coaches, and proposals of participants’ own projects. Each participant uses his own business goals, chooses a mentor and tasks that are most relevant to his business case. The blended learning model (blended learning) will allow you to learn with the main activity.
